We are all in the process of becoming, becoming more or less of something,

becoming ourselves.

I write to make space for others as they heal, grow, and become who they were created to be.

I write often on the process of becoming, incorporating observations of my own experience and training as a Therapist. The purpose of everything I write is to make space for others as they heal, grow, and become who they were created to be.

My own personal journey, as well as my upbringing in a family that brought two cultures together fueled my curiosity about this becoming process. I have always been fascinated with identity and how we become who we are. And, ultimately how we can find authentic connection to ourselves and others.  I hope my writing inspires you on your journey to becoming more free!

Step Into Your True Story

We very often conclude that it's our own fault. I know this now as a therapist and I help people correct these false conclusions all the time. But of course, I didn’t know it then, and I hadn’t known it for years leading up to that moment.
