I am so glad you’re here.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, Writer, and Speaker with a passion for helping individuals and couples overcome past and present unproductive patterns and establish emotional safety and connection.

I believe that everyone should have the opportunity and tools to walk in emotional health and wholeness, and to become the fulfilled person they were created to be. My hope is that this will be a welcoming space that provides you with inspiration and resources to help you heal and grow.

No matter your age, life stage, background, or circumstances, you are worthy of a life of deep meaning and authentic connection.

This sacred journey of becoming more emotionally free is worth taking, and I look forward to walking it beside you.

We are all in the process of becoming more or less of something, of growing into ourselves.

The Still Becoming podcast is dedicated to the idea that we are not designed to stay the same, we are all still becoming. It’s never too late to become more free, more yourself, or to try something new.

Informed by her own journey of struggling through anxiety to now working with others as a psychotherapist, show host Monica DiCristina believes stories are powerful, and that every person has a valuable story to tell. Each month you’ll hear a variety of episodes including meditative stories, mental health check ins, and interviews.

Monica and her guests share and make space for vulnerable and memorable stories that inspire hope, make an impact, and promote emotional growth and healing in both the storyteller and the listener.
